Suggestions for a schedule to safely slump a 9mm piece, 34" x 20"? Slumping over a stainless steel mold, using 1/16" fiberboard.
Thinking of
75 1150 60
Full 930 ??

Thanks!

That schedule would probably work. For over stainless I usually watch the piece and just hold until it's done the way you want it, however long that takes. 75 on the way up is conservative, but justifiable on a piece that large. I assume you're not really close to the top elements.

Bullseye would say to anneal at 900 but 930 works, too. Hold two hours or more to be safe.

Big piece!

Nina, further to Brad's reply, I think you will find Bullseye's annealing schedule PDF helpful in the future. If you Google "bullseye glass annealing schedule" you will find the PDF.
