Bartlett controller V6-CF - resetting a programme, HOW?

Happy Holidays, Dear friends
Hello everybody,
Almost midnight here in Israel - and i can't activate my controller...............ugh
I need to change a programme from 5 segments to 9 ... I do'nt know how.... if I have no choice - 8 segments will be OK too.
I checked the manual, found no answer to this.
I tried to use the reset button - nothing!!!
Am I stupid, or is the controller broken,

I am so frustrated that I am losing all the night hours that the kiln might have worked...
Please help me...

Havi, have you tried turning it off & unplugging it for an hour and then replug it in & setting the new program? If this doesn't work check circuit breaker or fuses.

Thanx Mark, will try to unplag, but its after midnight here - hopefully it will be OK tomorrow morning.
Anyhow, is'nt there a more noraml method to do this?
I have just read again half of the manual, could'nt find an answer. Tomorrow [regular working day here] I shall call the person who installed this, and see if he knows..

It was MY mistake - I mistook the second "S" in 'segs' to the number 5 - therefore did not know what to do. The next morning talked to the electrician who installed the controller, and he led me to the solution.

Glad you got it figured out. I just got their Genesis controller and working on figuring that out.
