Hi Steve I found something that is made to make plastic tubes. I am including the link for the company. The stuff I found is called a transparent tube pack.
I can't bring up their web site today for some reason but here is the information. I wanted to be able to link you right to them. It is page 53 top right corner in the catalog. They are called tube packs.
