Armstrong glass, possible or not ?

Hello, a week ago I did slump glass destined for Stained glass(producer unknown - transparant with some orange) with good result. Got courage with this result and I could buy (cheap) 2 plates of Armstrong, with colours I did like.
Did fuse the plate with white and blue (2 layers), and for your information: there was some irisiderent on it !!
The result: The white and the blue have strange effects, somewhat if they are gone from each other (difficult to explain in English, have to find the right words??) There was a little crack too and after I remove this piece from the kiln I did hear some noise, which continues for a long time!
You can see 2 pictures here: http://www.pixum.nl/viewalbum/?id=1201895
I did fuse with the schedule I use for BE (2 layers 6mm).
What do you think: not possible to fire this glass? too hot ?? is it the iris. ?
Thank you for your help! Jan de Jong
