sure. that's what a bracelet mold is after all.

You can also put kiln paper coating the inside of the pipe

Stainless steel is best, but you can use other types of steel, too. Since non-stainless steel will rust when heated, you may have to remove the rust and shelf primer after each firing. I'd avoid plated steel or galvanized steel, as you can get toxic outgassing from the plating. Even stove pipe (supported and reinforced so it won't sag when heated) is useful for forming larger-radius curves.
