				Scott,
I hope this works
http://www.warmglass.com/cgi-bin/wgarchive3.pl?index
This is a link to a discussion in the archives regarding copper inclusions.
If this doesn't work, go to the archives and type in copper inclusions. There have been lots of discussions on different types of inclusions.

				Scott,
Go to the top of the page on the left "Old Archive" under "Warm Glass." Click onto that.
Then type in copper inclusions. I found lots of information.
I tried copying the link but I'm guessing since it's the old archives it didn't work.

Olympic color rods sells all of the foils you mentioned
http://www.glasscolor.com/catalog/metalLeaf/index.asp.
The Bullseye connection
http://www.bullseyeconnection.com also sells foil.
For copper screen, go to Michael's and buy the mesh used for moldmaking.
